Our puff pastry is made with both Gloucestershire butter and Lescure from France and Dove’s Farm organic flour. Hand rolled and triple folded 6 times. Sold fresh or frozen.

For wholesale: Sheets come in a size of 11”x11”, weighing approximately 2.5kgs.

Smaller scale puff is sold in blocks of 400g.

Prices are £20 for a 2.5kg block, or £5 for a 400g piece.
